These terms govern your use of the Reghef Shawaerma website and ordering from it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and prices
- When you confirm an order, you're ordering the items in your cart at the prices shown at that time.
- Delivery fees and minimum order depend on your area and are shown before you confirm.
- The branch may call you to confirm your order or address.
- If an item runs out after you order, the branch will call you to suggest an alternative or remove it.
Delivery and pickup
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic or weather.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. Wrong details may delay or prevent delivery.
- For pickup, your order shows as "Ready for pickup" on the tracking page.
Payment
Cash on delivery.
Cancellation
You can cancel as long as the branch hasn't started preparing your order by calling 19540. Once preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, such as a missing or wrong item, call 19540 within 24 hours of delivery and we'll fix it.
Allergies
If you have a food allergy, write it in the order notes or call the branch before ordering.
Using the website
- Please provide real details. Fake orders may lead us to block that phone number.
- The Reghef Shawaerma name, logo, photos and website content are ours and may not be used without permission.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; updates appear here with their date. These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
