This policy explains what data the Reghef Shawaerma website collects, how we use it and how we protect it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, phone number, delivery address and area, and any notes you add.
- When you apply for a job: your name, contact numbers, email, address, previous experience and your CV if you upload one.
- Data kept on your device only: your cart, language and chosen area are stored in your browser and are only sent to us when you confirm an order.
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order, or hand it to you at the branch.
- To contact you about your order by phone or WhatsApp.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To improve our service and monitor branch quality.
Payment
Payment is currently cash on delivery. The website does not ask for or store any card details.
Who sees your data
- The branch preparing your order and our delivery team, only what they need to deliver it.
- Our staff only see what their role requires. For example, job applications are only visible to our HR team.
- Service providers we need to run the website, such as our hosting company.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order data as long as needed for accounting and customer service, and job applications for up to one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, in line with Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
