How do I order on the website?
Choose your area, add items to your cart, then enter your name, phone and address and confirm. You'll get an order number to track your order.
How much is delivery?
The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown before you confirm. You can see all areas and fees on the "Delivery areas" page.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. At checkout choose "Pick up" and select the nearest branch. There's no delivery fee.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery.
How do I track my order?
From the "Track order" page, using your order number and phone number. The page updates automatically.
I want to cancel or change my order
Call us on 19540 as soon as possible. We can change or cancel it as long as the branch hasn't started preparing it.
My area isn't listed
Call us on 19540 and we'll check which branch can deliver to you.
I have a food allergy
Write it in the "Notes" field when ordering, or call the branch before you order and we'll tell you which items suit you.
